The AMAZON Marketing Week is an annual four-day conference featuring marketing and business insights for sellers and vendors of AMAZON. uintent’s Co-founder and E-commerce expert Jan Panhoff will present Online shopping from a customer perspective – A review of Amazon’s UX on June 23, 2020 at 10:30 am at the virtual event.


In his talk, Jan will explain the basics on User Experience (UX) and Usability and examine the Amazon shopping journey from a customer’s point of view. He will offer insights on the current user experience of the AMAZON website, discuss worst practices and show potential for improvement.

With over 15 years of experience in automotive and e-commerce research, Jan Panhoff is an expert in the field of online shopping and has been consulting various e-commerce / online-shopping providers in the area of ux and usability optimization. With the research findings and our recommendations, these providers were able to increase their turnover and users’ satisfaction with the purchasing process.
