EMPLOYEE JOURNEY MAPS

Employee Journey Maps are a tool for structuring and visualizing the experiences employees have with your company. They record the interactions as a coherent story and are based on the integration of different data sources (quantitative and qualitative data). They are used to generate an overall picture of complex and large-scale interactions in which multiple digital and non-digital experiences can be critical to the Employee Experience. Both the macro level of the employee lifecycle and the micro level for smaller-scale problems can be analyzed.
