egis-energie is a regional energy cooperative enabling citizens to invest in renewable energy.
To support their mission of growing membership, we conducted a UX expert review of the website, especially of their start page, membership page and declaration of membership, to identify opportunities for improving clarity, guidance, and digital accessibility throughout the user journey.

We applied Jakob Nielsen’s 10 Usability Heuristics to assess core UX principles like visibility, consistency, error prevention, and user control.
