Enough talk – let’s get started!

Artificial intelligence is transforming the way we approach UX work. But caught between inflated expectations and hasty experimentation, many teams are losing focus. Instead of randomly testing tools, what's needed is a well-thought-out AI strategy that identifies where AI actually adds value and applies it systematically.

Too often, teams jump from tool to tool without a clear direction. The result: high effort, low impact, frustrated team members, and missed opportunities for real efficiency gains.

In this workshop, you will develop a tailored AI strategy for your UX team: practice-oriented, grounded in method, and with concrete steps that will improve your UX work in the long run.

Why You Should Join This Workshop

  • Strategic direction instead of blind experimentation: Build a solid AI strategy that addresses your real challenges and goals, not just marketing promises.

  • Real impact instead of tool overload: Identify where AI truly creates value in your UX work and which use cases deliver the biggest results.

  • Actionable roadmap: Leave with a concrete plan that defines clear priorities and realistic next steps.

  • Team alignment: Create a shared vision and guiding principles so everyone in your team moves in the same direction.

  • Risk awareness from day one: Factor in data protection, ethical aspects, and technical limitations right from the start.
